Return and Refund Policy

At Ejava Shop, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Change-of-mind returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for change-of-mind returns. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, disposable gloves and other hygiene-sensitive products can only be returned for change-of-mind reasons if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, replacement, exchange, or another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us at customer@ejava.shop with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us first so we can assess the issue. If the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy and may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Damages, wrong items, or missing items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at customer@ejava.shop.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. This helps us review the issue faster and arrange the best solution.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, including:

- Opened or used disposable gloves
- Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products
- Items that are not in their original packaging
- Items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards, if applicable

Sale items

Sale or discounted items can only be returned for change-of-mind reasons if they meet our return conditions above.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a sale item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at customer@ejava.shop.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and whether the item meets our return conditions. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customer@ejava.shop.

Local delivery orders

For orders delivered by local delivery, the same return and refund policy applies. Please contact us first before returning any item.
